SynergenX Health Holdings is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep clinics, equipment, and operations running safely and efficiently in the Houston area. You will perform repairs, coordinate HVAC work, and assist with new clinic openings, while staying proactive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• 5 years of general maintenance experience and knowledge of building systems.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools and basic carpentry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general building repairs, including drywall, painting, doors, fixtures, and other maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC controls and related equipment.
• Respond to facility emergencies, including HVAC, fire, security, water leaks, and other urgent issues.
• Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and specialists.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance for HVAC, elevators, alarms, pest control, and other systems.
• Document maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and completed work.
• Assist with new clinic openings and facility setup.
• Support warehouse operations and inventory as needed.
