SynergenX Health Holdings is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep clinics, facilities, equipment, and operations running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role where no two days are exactly alike, including repairing doors, coordinating HVAC work, preparing new locations, and managing vehicle maintenance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of general maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
• Experience using common hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and general repairs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Healthcare facility experience is a plus.
• No specific certification or license is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs, including drywall, painting, doors, fixtures, and other maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and assist with HVAC controls and related equipment.
• Respond to facility emergencies, including HVAC, fire, security, water leaks, and other urgent issues.
• Coordinate repairs and service calls with outside vendors and specialized technicians.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance for HVAC, elevators, alarms, pest control, and other facility systems.
• Document maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and completed work.
• Order maintenance supplies and materials with Operations approval.
• Manage scheduling and maintenance of company vehicles used for product transportation.
• Assist with new clinic openings, facility setup, and equipment installation.
• Assist the Operations team with inventory management and receiving shipments.
• Support warehouse operations, purchase orders, and inventory as needed.
• Work with Operations to ensure clinics and offices remain safe, functional, and operational.
