Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of general building maintenance experience preferred.
• Pass a background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Facilities to maintain the building and grounds.
• Provide preventative maintenance service.
• Coordinate workload with subcontractors.
• Complete work orders on a timely basis.
• Respond to emergencies as they arise.
• Ensure safety and operational efficiency across facilities.
