Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Broad proficiency across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Familiarity with building management systems (Trane, Niagara) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair components such as motors, thermostats, lighting, and fixtures.
• Complete general repairs and upkeep including painting, carpentry, and fixtures.
• Support event setup and campus operations as needed.
• Respond to after-hours maintenance needs and emergencies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Facilities and staff to maintain a safe campus.
