Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Aurora, CO to keep clubs safe, functional, and welcoming. You will perform routine inspections, diagnose issues, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure equipment and facilities operate reliably for members.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Experience with CMMS / maintenance management software and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club equipment and systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Document repairs, parts used, and repairs in the CMMS system.
• Complete club walks and communicate safety concerns to leadership.
• Take ownership of general facility upkeep including painting and carpentry.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, District Manager, vendors, and contractors.
