Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep clubs safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll handle routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while logging work in the CMMS and coordinating with leadership.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years maintenance experience or are trainable, with strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Experience or comfort using CMMS/work order systems and basic project tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on club equipment and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests quickly to minimize downtime.
• Document work completed, parts used, and repairs in the CMMS system.
• Maintain cardio, strength, and general workout equipment in safe condition.
• Collaborate with General Manager and vendors as needed.
