Job summary
CCMC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in North Carolina. You will ensure the cleanliness and safety of our community facilities, perform a range of maintenance tasks from basic repairs to more complex operations, and support event setups and daily property needs.
The role requires prior maintenance experience with electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep, along with dependable communication with managers, residents, and peers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a related maintenance field, along with electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance is desired.
- Experience with basic carpentry, painting, and facility upkeep is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook for scheduling and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance work from basic repairs to more complex tasks including: lighting checks, lens cleaning, bulb/ballast replacements.
- Maintain and repair doors and locks and assist with preventive maintenance.
- Caulking, prep work, and painting; minor carpentry repairs as needed.
- Plumbing maintenance such as repairing or replacing faucets and fixtures.
- Maintain limited access gates, storage closets, doors, and locks; clean pool and common areas.
