Job summary

Kids SPOT, LLC is seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Technician to keep our clinics, equipment, and grounds operating safely and efficiently. You will handle day-to-day property upkeep, including routine landscaping, wall repairs, interior/exterior painting, and basic maintenance repairs.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on facility maintenance experience and the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial or residential facility maintenance.
• Experience with basic plumbing tools, painting equipment, and landscaping machinery.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property walkthroughs and report major issues.
• Assist with hardware repairs like door handles and cabinet hinges.
• Perform landscaping, mowing, edging, and grounds maintenance.
• Patch drywall, prep surfaces, and repaint common areas.
