Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of facilities and grounds independently.
• Organize time and resources to achieve outcomes.
• Take initiative to prevent problems and improve services.
• Work outdoors in winter and summer conditions.
• Occasionally apply salt and shovel snow at buildings.
• Drive agency vehicles for maintenance tasks.
• Move between locations as needed.
