Kids SPOT, LLC is seeking a reliable Building Maintenance Technician to keep our clinics, equipment, and grounds operating safely and efficiently. You will handle day-to-day property upkeep, including routine landscaping, wall repairs, interior/exterior painting, and basic maintenance repairs.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on facility maintenance experience and the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must.

Qualifications

Description

We are seeking a reliable, multi-skilled Building Maintenance Technician to keep our clinics, equipment, and grounds operating safely and efficiently. You will handle day-to-day property up-keep, including routine landscaping, wall repairs, interior/exterior painting, and basic maintenance repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• General Maintenance: Conduct routine property walkthroughs, report larger facility issues to management, and assist with general hardware repairs (e.g., door handles, cabinet hinges).
• Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance: Mow, edge, trim hedges, clear debris, and ensure walkways and common outdoor areas remain clean and safe.
• Minor Plumbing: Perform basic fixes such as unclogging drains, repairing leaky faucets, and troubleshooting minor pipe issues.
• Painting & Patching: Patch drywall, prep surfaces, touch up scuffs, and repaint walls or trim across common areas and vacant tenant suites.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay: $20- $25 per hour depending on experience
