Job summary

On Our Own Services, Inc. is seeking a Building/Grounds Maintenance Technician to uphold and repair buildings on the property and manage systems within those buildings.

The role covers day-to-day issues such as plumbing, light bulb replacement, painting, and carpentry, along with grounds keeping. Responsibilities

• Perform repairs inside/outside buildings.
• Replace floor tiles.
• Repair restroom stall doors, locks and hinges.
• Painting inside/outside of buildings.
• Grounds keeping.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts using hand and power tools.
• Communicate supply needs for projects with supervisor.
• Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, etc.
