Responsibilities include utility and structural repairs, grounds upkeep, and inventory management for repair parts. Some roles may involve driving on MaineGeneral Health business as needed.

• Perform utility and structural repairs, alone or with tradespeople.
• Maintain records of installations. Take inventory of repair parts and supplies.
• Perform maintenance of grounds as needed and scheduled.
