Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I to join Stephens Hospital. The role includes general maintenance such as trash removal, grounds, snow removal, and basic facility upkeep to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Some travel may be required to pick up and deliver supplies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience: General maintenance experience, including grounds maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• 40 hours per week, day shifts.
• Performs maintenance and service tasks including trash removal, grounds maintenance, snow removal and basic building and property maintenance to provide a safe environment for patients, visitors and employees.
• Possible travel to pick up and deliver medical or maintenance supplies.
