Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered.
• Handy and mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Mid-level to advanced handyperson experience.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid, clean, and unrestricted California Driver's License.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Background Check Required

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work for university facilities.
• Complete drywall patching, painting, plumbing, basic electrical repairs, door repairs, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to scheduled service calls and maintenance requests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with regular clients on a consistent service schedule.
• Communicate effectively with the office team regarding job status, progress, and field updates.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
• Work occasional weekends and overtime as required to meet operational needs
