Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance within a machine production environment required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities work and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment (STAR CNC Swiss Type Lathes, Haas machines, vapor degreasers).
• Sump pump oil and change filters on all machines; replace belts on CNC lathe machines.
• Maintain maintenance records, preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment documentation.
• Maintain and repair building infrastructure (lighting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds).
• Support facility renovations, capital projects, and general site upkeep.
• Monitor GMP and ISO compliance; assist with LOTO, safety, and environmental controls.
