Job summary

The Waters in Indiana is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to help preserve safe, comfortable living environments for residents and staff. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance on electrical, plumbing, heating, and building systems, following established policies and safety regulations.

This role requires hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with nursing and other departments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems in a facilities setting.
• Experience with routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical/plumbing systems, HVAC units, fixtures, and building components.
• Perform inspections and adhere to preventive maintenance plans.
• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including after-hours work as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments and contractors.
