The position involves using CMMS, performing welding/fabrication as needed, and coordinating with the team to set maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, logic controllers, and general repair techniques.
• Leadership skills to guide less experienced team members in maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with welding techniques and fabrication processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.
• Use CMMS for tracking work orders and inventory management.
• Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetics.
• Fabricate and weld components for repairs or improvements.
• Collaborate with team to develop maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Provide customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and materials used.
