Job summary

North Shore Gardens is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Specialist to install, maintain and repair heating and cooling systems across multiple sites. The role includes cleaning air quality equipment, performing maintenance procedures, and providing emergency repairs when necessary.

The position requires troubleshooting, performing maintenance and installations as needed, and prioritizing calls based on business goals to ensure HVAC units run smoothly at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive to different locations.
• Required state licensing for HVAC technicians if required.
• Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school.

Responsibilities

• Discuss repair/replacement options with supervisor or Regional team when it comes to heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with a current system as they are identified.
• Conduct performance tests with specialized tools and adjust system settings.
• Travel to different sites throughout the day and determine problems.
• Categorize and organize inventory to limit unnecessary losses to the company.
