Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make ready units for new move-ins.
• Perform grounds maintenance and basic landscaping.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to complete projects and work orders.
