Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Electrical, HVAC or plumbing certification/license preferred.
• 12–15 years related trade experience in building trades.
• Universal CFC certification is required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record expected.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems including electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
• Maintain pumps, valves, controls, and related equipment; perform preventive work.
• Oversee third-party contractors and training for technicians as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and safety concerns promptly and professionally.
• Inspect installations for codes, safety compliance and quality standards.
