Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General Repairs: fix doors, walls, furniture, and other structural elements.
• Plumbing: address minor leaks, clogs, and fixture issues.
• Electrical: replace lightbulbs, troubleshoot minor wiring, and check systems.
• HVAC: change filters, assist with system checks, ensure climate control.
• Grounds: trash removal, snow removal, salting, and lawn/landscaping upkeep.
• Work Orders: respond to and complete maintenance requests.
• Safety: identify and fix potential hazards and follow safety policies.
