Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, PA, is seeking a skilled facilities maintenance technician to support the maintenance of site equipment. You will read SOPs, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, document activities in CMMS, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance under cGMP and SOPs.

The role requires experience with building fire systems, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, boilers and related systems; strong communication; and the ability to work 12-hour day shifts (2/2/3).

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining facilities systems including building fire systems, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, humidifiers and air dryers.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Read SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and excerpts from technical documentation
• Perform visual inspections
• Use CMMS to document maintenance activities
• Perform preventative (scheduled) and corrective/emergency (unscheduled) maintenance of equipment, systems, and/or facilities
• Monitor equipment and/or systems for performance and problem indicators
• Ensure proper documentation practices during maintenance processes
