Job summary

EGGER North America is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Personnel to ensure the optimal condition of our Lexington, NC facility. You will perform inspections, routine preventive maintenance, and repairs across buildings and equipment, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, diagnosing mechanical problems, and maintaining safety and maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Able to disassemble machines to replace parts.
• Able to read manuals, schematics, and part catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect premises and equipment regularly.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors for in-depth repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and fix equipment/structures.
