Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Maintenance Worker / Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our Scottsdale facility safe, functional, and ready for daily operations. The role involves completing work orders, general upkeep, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and event support.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional flexibility for special events. Ideal for dependable technicians who take pride in keeping buildings operational.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical job duties including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching throughout the workday.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests.
• Experience using basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and workplace policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs, including replacing fixtures and addressing minor leaks.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance such as replacing light fixtures, bulbs, switches, and outlets.
• Complete minor carpentry repairs and adjustments to doors, windows, furniture, and building fixtures.
• Inspect facility areas and identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture, tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete maintenance checklists and document completed work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from building occupants and management.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
• Follow all Aramark safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
