Qualifications

• Three years of experience in semi-skilled building maintenance and repair work, or as a construction trades helper.
• Must possess a valid California driver’s license and have and maintain an insurable driving record.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese and/or Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, alters, and repairs buildings, structures, utility facilities, and appliances.
• Changes fuses, light bulbs and tubes.
• Repairs or replaces electrical switches, outlets, meters, fixtures and panels.
• Performs emergency electrical wiring and miscellaneous repairs to doors, locks, windows, and plumbing fixtures.
• Touches up interior and exterior painted surfaces and cleans, repairs or replaces roofs and gutters.
