Responsibilities

• Perform general preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, systems, and grounds.
• Use carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, doors & locks as needed.
• Inspect and ensure compliance with codes and safety laws.
• Maintain lighting systems and replace bulbs as needed.
• Complete maintenance records and review work orders.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate with others.
