Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Use carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall patch, doors & locks as needed.
• Maintain lighting systems and replace bulbs/lamps.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
• Respond to emergencies and document maintenance work orders.
