Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Maintenance Technician in McMinnville, TN to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and safety checks across the facility. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and fire alarm/generator readiness, while ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and procedures.

The role requires basic literacy to follow written instructions, at least 18 years of age, and a high school diploma or equivalent; one year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have a high school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience is preferred.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the building in good repair and keeps it hazard-free (electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems).
• Keeps the facility compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintains fire alarm and emergency generator systems and records test results.
• Keeps heating and air-conditioning units in good working order.
• Performs monthly maintenance checks of building, grounds, and facilities.
• Performs routine maintenance and repair work and assists in on-call emergencies.
