Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electrical testing tools and basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.
• Clear communication and ability to stay calm in emergencies.
• Experience with BAS or building automation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform entry level preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Carry out light carpentry, drywall repairs, and painting as needed.
• Adjust HVAC equipment and operate chiller plant to maintain building standards.
• Identify and operate shut-off valves and utility shut-offs.
• Maintain operation logs, records, and files.
• Respond to tenant service requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Participate in required training and teamwork across departments.
