Job summary

Wilsonart in Temple, Texas is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of our facilities, offices, and grounds. This role performs carpentry, painting, flooring, roofing, concrete repair, office setup, and coordination with outside contractors to ensure projects are completed safely and to standard.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of facilities maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Facilities Maintenance experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and technical docs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, carpentry, painting, flooring, roofing, and concrete work.
• Repair and replace fixtures, tiles, and related materials as needed.
• Coordinate and monitor outside contractors to ensure safe, quality work.
• Assist with safety audits and maintain a clean, safe facility environment.
