Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform minor roof repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Repair and replace damaged flooring, tiles, and ceiling tiles as needed.
• Carpentry tasks including framing, shelving, cabinetry, and office modifications.
• Paint and touch-up facilities and offices.
• Conduct minor concrete repairs on sidewalks and curbs.
• Maintain restroom fixtures and parking areas.
• Coordinate contractors for roofing, flooring, remodeling, and facility projects.
• Communicate status and facility needs to management; assist planning of improvements.
• Participate in safety audits and corrective actions.
• Provide general labor support and respond to maintenance requests.
