Job summary

Wilsonart in Temple, Texas is seeking an Industrial HVAC Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems and related controls across facilities. The role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, preventive maintenance, and adherence to safety standards while supporting production operations.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of industrial HVAC experience and formal HVAC training, with strong ability to read wiring diagrams and operate within Codes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of solid HVAC experience in an industrial environment.
• Education as stated; formal HVAC training completed.
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code is required and safety procedures followed.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and controls to code.
• Diagnose electrical/mechanical problems and perform repairs as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and PM scheduling for HVAC equipment.
• Work from wiring diagrams and schematics to service systems.
• Coordinate with electricians and contractors on complex issues.
• Maintain documentation using the Work Order system.
