We are seeking Facilities Maintenance Technicians for our Facilities Department on 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 pm - 06:30 am).

Responsibilities

1. Support production by maintaining Facility, HVAC, Electrical, Water, Grounds, and overall building systems.
2. Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, work area organization, spare parts tracking, emergency response, work order completion, safety compliance, training, documentation, and predictive maintenance.

Job Description

Safety

• Follow all safety policies, including PPE, lockout/tagout, and proper tool and equipment use.
• Maintain 5S organization in work areas daily.

Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Management

• Support overtime and budget goals, pursue cost reductions.
• Maintain equipment such as HVAC, boilers, chillers, lighting, electrical systems, doors, dock equipment, and kitchen equipment.
• Perform and verify repairs, support other departments, ensure proper documentation, and support environmental and safety regulations.
