Facilities Maintenance Technician (258502)

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our client in Lynwood, CA. This full-time role offers an excellent benefits package and long-term stability in a leading pharmaceutical company.

Pay Range

Base pay: $36.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Location

Lynwood, CA

Shift

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and remodeling tasks
• Conduct repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing motors, updating appliances, and reconfiguring modular offices
• Manage janitorial duties, special projects, and maintain storage areas and inventory
• Collaborate across departments to meet facility needs
• Ensure safe work conditions and report hazards immediately

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in general facilities maintenance
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and carpentry systems
• Ability to use hand, power, and bench tools; lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime; valid Driver’s License required if operating company vehicles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
