Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two-year degree or certification in a technical field is preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in facilities maintenance is preferred.
• Position requires background checks and other pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance A workers with completing work orders for routine and non-routine requests.
• Perform basic repairs to walls, floors, ceilings, windows, and doors; patching, painting, caulking, and general upkeep.
• Perform light troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as needed; escalate or report issues requiring skilled trades.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment serviced.
