Job summary

Loos & Co. Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a Monday–Friday first shift in Connecticut.

The role handles maintenance and repair across carpentry, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping, using standard tools and safety practices. The selected candidate will operate floor scrubbers, genie lifts, and forklifts, and complete work-order documentation. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 18+ years old with

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in the work area using carpentry, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping skills.
• Demonstrate safety practices related to the trades.
• Support other skilled crafts on projects as needed.
• Operate and run company equipment such as floor scrubbers, genie lifts, forklifts.
• Complete preventative maintenance and maintenance task reports accurately and timely.
• Read and work from work orders, material lists, specs, and inventory documentation.
