Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a high-production site with building, grounds, and equipment upkeep in Connecticut. The role includes carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, and preventive maintenance.

This position requires the ability to work independently and in teams, lift up to 75 lbs, and be available for overtime and on-call shifts. Travel may be required; health and retirement benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven carpentry and framing experience typical of commercial/industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Able to lift and carry 75 lbs.
• General maintenance and mechanical aptitude with safe tool use.
• Reading/writing in English sufficient for job.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Overtime, weekend, and on-call availability.
• Able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Work independently or in a team to complete building, carpentry, and facility remodeling projects.
• Maintain and repair facility, production equipment, and grounds with a safe, clean workspace.
• Perform routine carpentry work (doors, cabinets, tile, shelving, concrete forms).
• Submit maintenance requests/PM docs and update status with supervisor.
• Repair plumbing (leaks, unclog drains/toilets).
• Replace light bulbs and electrical outlets; perform basic electrical repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems (pads, belts, pumps, filters).
• Carry out roof repairs; install glass/screens; minor grounds and irrigation work.
