Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in general maintenance or hands-on trades preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical or automotive wiring a plus.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Willing to learn additional equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and facility maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with plumbing, carpentry, plastering, basic electrical, mechanical, and other general maintenance projects.
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Maintain grounds, parking areas, driveways, and other areas of the property.
• Troubleshoot unexpected maintenance issues and determine practical solutions when detailed instructions may not be available.
• Respond to changing maintenance needs and priorities throughout the day.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment as needed after training.
• Assist with larger facility projects, including equipment moves and warehouse reorganizations.
• Support cleanup activities using appropriate PPE and safety procedures.
• Complete required documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures.
• Pitch in with other facility needs and projects as assigned.
