Dayton-Granger, Inc., a long-standing aerospace manufacturer in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our in-house Facilities & Maintenance team. This hands-on position will be responsible for general building repairs and upkeep—including light carpentry, drywall patching, and basic electrical tasks.
If you're a skilled tradesperson with experience across multiple maintenance areas and enjoy working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we’d love to have you on our team.
1+ year of experience in building maintenance, carpentry, or general contracting
Ability to perform basic electrical repairs and carpentry work with minimal supervision
Skilled in the safe use of power tools, ladders, and hand tools
Basic understanding of drywall, framing, paint, and fixture repair
High school diploma or GED required
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and written skills in English
Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial facility
Familiarity with OSHA standards and safe work practices
Basic plumbing or HVAC skills a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
