Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance position responsible for routine maintenance of building interiors and exteriors, and scheduling vendors for repairs. The role includes maintaining maintenance schedules, ensuring safety, and responding to emergencies at a residential property in Florida.

The employee will perform minor trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC-related tasks, while following safety procedures and using the KWPMC work order system.

Qualifications

• HVAC certifications preferred but not required.
• Minimum two (2) years general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy-work.
• Ability to react and address emergency situations in a timely manner (within 30 minutes).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional trade experience and certifications may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for necessary repairs.
• Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
• Works in a safe manner and prioritizes safety of self and others.
• Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures and work orders.
