Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems at the Estero property. Under limited supervision, you will support the Chief Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor and ensure interior and exterior areas remain safe and functional.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of general maintenance experience in building trades.
• Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to perform after-hours emergency calls.
• Additional trade experience and certifications may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Coordinate with vendors and emergency contractors as needed.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and service due dates.
• Inspect and maintain mechanical systems and controls.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks when permitted.
• Complete work orders and documentation in the KWPMC system.
• Uphold safety standards and report issues promptly.
