Twin Pines is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and ensure equipment remains in safe, working order.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure. The ideal candidate has experience with facility systems (HVAC, generators) and understands preventive maintenance, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt to changing facility needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools.
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner.
