Job summary

SPIROL seeks a Machine Operator (2nd shift) in Danielson, Connecticut to operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality. You’ll perform quality checks, adjust settings, and document results in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. A strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork are essential.

We are looking for a Machine Operator (2nd shift) to join our team in Danielson, Connecticut.

As a Machine Operator, you will spend your days operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.

Our Machine Operator

• Sets up, operates and monitors production machinery
• Performs routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Adjusts machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and quality
• Inspects finished products and documents production resultsTroubleshoots minor machine issues and escalates when necessary

Our Requirements For The Role Include

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

The anticipated pay range for this position is $21.25 - $25.25 per hour. Actual starting pay will be determined based on factors including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related considerations.

Employees assigned to eligible shifts receive a shift differential in accordance with company policy.
