Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and write reports.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the upkeep of the physical plant and safety compliance.
• Maintains and repairs facilities, including painting, carpentry, doors, and fixtures; coordinate licensed work when needed.
• Performs groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, landscaping, and lawn maintenance.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and keeps records of routine tasks.
• Adheres to OSHA regulations and safety procedures in all maintenance work.
• Uses basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Travels as needed for site visits and vendor coordination.
