Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of buildings
• Assess hazards and ensure site safety
• Report building issues to supervision
• Maintain supplies inventory and distribution
• Perform maintenance, repairs and painting
• Operate light machinery and equipment
• Coordinate repairs with vendors
• Assist with agency vehicles maintenance
• Support maintenance at other Beacon sites
• Perform other tasks as assigned
