Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair property equipment.
• Maintain logs on equipment.
• Operate fire panels and access control systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests across the property.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC maintenance as needed.
• Operate forklift and motor vehicles.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
