Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of similar work experience.
• Universal A/C & Refrigeration or COQ Certificate with one of the listed certifications.
• Read blueprints and understand HVAC and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs property and equipment per guidelines.
• Communicates with Manager and Supervisors about issues with duties, staff, or guests.
• Performs routine maintenance including painting, bulb replacement, and minor plumbing.
• Familiar with elevator, escalator, and emergency generator procedures.
• Repairs equipment and property structures as directed by management.
• Performs daily maintenance for casino and hotel as instructed.
• Adheres to compliance and safety regulations.
