Are you a skilled maintenance professional seeking a hands-on role in a dynamic work environment? Staffmark is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our client's operations by ensuring their building systems and equipment remain safe, functional, and efficient. If you bring mechanical expertise, a strong work ethic, and at least three years of facility maintenance experience, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $20 - $23 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems


• Troubleshoot and repair issues involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components


• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing light fixtures, and minor carpentry


• Inspect systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards


• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment


• Communicate maintenance updates and needs with supervisors and other departments

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience


• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems


• Ability to independently identify and resolve maintenance issues


• Familiar with OSHA safety regulations and industry best practices


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
