Franklin Primary Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and routine upkeep across clinical and administrative facilities in Mobile, AL.

The role involves light construction tasks, painting, and inventory management to ensure buildings remain in good repair. Candidates should have 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience, basic repair skills, and a valid Alabama driver license.

Formación

• High school graduate or GED preferred; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• 3–5 years of commercial or facility maintenance experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn basic repair tasks.
• Possess a valid Alabama driver’s license with a clean record.
• Healthcare facility maintenance experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform minor repairs to building fixtures and touch-up painting.
• Carry out minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Maintain inventory of tools and repair materials; request replacements as needed.
• Complete work orders with materials used and time involved.
• Move boxes, office furniture, and equipment using hand carts or by hand.
• Assist in safety inspections and compliance with health regulations.
• Substitute for courier/van driver when needed.
