Job summary

Impec Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pleasanton, CA to support daily facility operations. You will handle preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.

The role requires 2+ years of facilities experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a working knowledge of building systems. You will coordinate with vendors and document work orders, while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED; technical/vocational training preferred.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and general building systems.
• Ability to read basic drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and building systems.
• Troubleshoot minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Complete general repairs, including painting, fixtures, doors, locks, walls, flooring, and minor masonry.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment or facility issues.
• Respond to scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance requests.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders using Corrigo CMMS.
• Maintain tools, supplies, replacement parts, and inventory.
• Assist Building Engineers and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).

Pay Rate: $30/hr.-$35/hr.
